By Doncaster Council has slammed thieves for stealing manhole covers across the town.
It has been confirmed by the Council that numerous covers have been stolen in and around the Stainforth area – not only are these costly to replace at around £400 each, but the missing covers means the streets are highly dangerous and unsafe. The Council are working relentlessly at making these areas safe and replacing the covers.
