A local mother is organising a fundraising event to help raise money for The Blue Cross Animal Hospital and a 9-year-old boy with multiple disabilities.
The fundraiser will be held on 15th June at the Rugby Club in Scartho, Grimsby.
The event is to help raise money for the Blue Cross Animal Hospital in Grimsby and a local 9 year-old boy who has a number of health conditions and disabilities.
The money raised for the young boy will help to fund a sensory room project for him.
It will be highly publicised by local radio stations.
The day will feature live music, including a fantastic Robbie Williams Tribute Act, various stalls and food outlets, birds of prey, exotic animals, unicorn pony rides, a fun fair, and inflatables.
The 9-year-old boy has global development delay, epilepsy and learning difficulties. His mother and her husband have been working on a sensory room for him where he can enjoy sensory experiences and relax and unwind.
His parents have bought lights and bubble lamps but specialist equipment is very expensive.
Everything raised on the day will be split between the boy and the Blue Cross Animal Hospital in Grimsby.
The boy’s family has appealed for families to come along and support this local fundraising event.
His mother is looking for anybody who would like to have a stall.
Call or text 07792879110 for information or to book a place on the day.
